Alinity Divine

Alinity was featured in a suit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch participant who filed an action against Twitch for damages in the amount in the amount of $25 million. He claimed that the platform exposed him explicit sexually explicit material from female streamers. Based on court documents discovered through Dexerto, the plaintiff, who was previously sued by Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, submitted the formal complaint to court on June 15 to seek a lawsuit, and Twitch was served an official summons in June 19. According to the complaint, filed in the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from multiple medical issues that make him to rely entirely on the internet for all his entertainment needs, as well as a disorder called obsessive compulsive and sexual addiction that is what the complaint states Twitch can only make worse. The complaint continued to identify a variety of female streamers who it believes "continues to provide viewers with a wide range of content that they just want to see people playing video games on Twitch while being confronted with sexually addictive content and content on a consistent every day." Except for Alinity the list includes the following: When requesting relief it demands that all streamers on the list above permanently banned for violating Twitch's TOS, and also $25 million dollars "to be divided between the plaintiff and others Twitch Prime Turbo subscribers," the remainder of which will go to a variety of charities.
